Terms of Service

Welcome to Uzate, the app discovery platform available at uzate.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Uzate platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Uzate. By using the Service, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and agree to comply with them. Uzate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Uzate Service, including its software, user interface, graphics, logos, code, and all other intellectual property embodied in the service (collectively, â€œUzate Contentâ€), are owned by Uzate or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, or create derivative works from Uzate Content except as expressly permitted by Uzate in writing. Any content submitted by users remains the property of the respective owners and is used in accordance with our Privacy and Content policies. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Uzate Content or third-party content accessed through the Service.

3. Third-Party Links and Hosted Apps

Uzate functions as a discovery platform that guides users to applications hosted on third-party stores. The apps themselves are hosted on Google Play (and possibly other third-party marketplaces) and are not hosted on uzate.com. Uzate does not own, operate, certify, guarantee, or control these third-party apps or stores. We provide links, summaries, and metadata to help you discover apps, but we do not warrant the availability, safety, reliability, or legality of any third-party app. Your use of any third-party app is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party store and developer, not by these Terms. You acknowledge that Uzate is not responsible for any issues arising from your interaction with third-party apps or stores.

4. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED â€œAS ISâ€ AND â€œAS AVAILABLE.â€ TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Uzate DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. Uzate DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPLETE. ANY CONTENT OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH USE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Uzate AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Uzateâ€™S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO Uzate FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Uzate and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysâ€™ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

7. Termination

Uzate may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will terminate, and you must discontinue all use of the Service. The sections that logically must survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uzate operates, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue therein to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

Uzate may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your binding agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, discontinue use of the Service.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Uzate with respect to the Service and supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
